Four new paid-plan features. Update the GuzelBoard app on your screens to the latest version to see them.
Add up to 20 short announcements and they scroll along the bottom of all your screens while your content keeps playing. Choose the text size and scroll speed, and show them one at a time with a break in between or as a continuous ticker. Use Preview on TV to see exactly how it will look before you save. Find it under Media → News Ticker.
Pick a start and end time and the days of the week, and your screens go dark on schedule — overnight, on weekends, or whenever the building is closed. They come back on by themselves. Set it once under Settings → Screen off hours and it applies to all your screens.
Show the current date and time in the corner of every screen — handy in lobbies, classrooms and waiting rooms. Turn it on with one switch under Settings → Screen display.
Google Slides presentations now move to the next slide automatically, every 10 seconds by default, on every plan. On the paid plan you can set your own seconds per slide for each presentation when you add or edit it.
The search box on the Media page now looks through your whole library — by name or web address — not just the page you are on.
Institutional admins can now see and manage the media and playlists of every member, with a column showing who added each item.
Creating a new account with “Sign up with Google” works again.

The Android, Fire TV, and tablet player has fewer crashes, faster recovery after Wi-Fi drops, and smoother transitions between media items. Devices stay on screen longer between any human intervention.
The web panel has been polished across the board: clearer Playback Settings wording, a redesigned Industries page, an improved trial-customer dashboard, and one-click status filters on the Subscription Report.

Five small upgrades, each one designed to save you clicks.
Open any playlist and you'll see two new panels: Upload File and Add Web Content. Drop in an image, paste a YouTube link or a Google Slides URL, and it's automatically added to that playlist. No more bouncing between the Media tab and the Playlist tab to assign new content.
Every device on the Devices page lists the playlists assigned to it. The playlist name in each badge is now a real link — click it to open the playlist detail page directly. The × button still removes the playlist from that device, exactly like before.
Categories already supported a daily repeat. We added Every week and Every month — perfect for a Friday sermon, a Sunday service, a weekly board meeting reminder, or a once-a-month promotion. Set the cadence in the playlist's Playback Settings. Scheduling is part of the paid plan.
Modern phone cameras shoot 24+ megapixel photos, and they used to fail with a memory error during upload. Now the app downscales them automatically to 1080p and converts to WebP — same visual quality, a fraction of the size, no errors. Drag a photo straight off your camera roll, it just works.
