Vermontic LLC built Guzel Board (the "Service"), an application for digital signage. The Guzel Board service encompasses both a website for user configuration of their digital signs, and a client application for sign display developed for various computing platforms. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with regard to the collection, use, and disclosure of User Data for users of Guzel Board.

Guzel Board collects registration information about users including their names (or organization names), email, passwords, and other information related to their profile. In addition through the use of our service, users provide various kinds of media to store including images, videos, and hyperlinks. Registration and media data are stored on servers in the form of database records and files. We utilize servers from third-party hosting providers including, but not limited to, Amazon Web Services and SiteGround, where registration and media data are stored.
By using our service you agree not to store unlawful data. Unlawful data includes any data that violates laws in the United States, the state of Vermont, the jurisdictions of our hosting providers, or the jurisdictions applicable to the user of our service. Unlawful data stored on our service will be deleted and accounts that created it will be immediately terminated and permanently banned. In addition, unlawful data may be reported to appropriate authorities in the United States, Vermont, or other jurisdictions.
By using our service you agree not to store sensitive information on our servers. Sensitive information may include financial data, health records, and educational records. Our servers are not compliant with regulations related to HIPAA nor FERPA.
The purpose of our service is digital signage. Therefore the media data you store with our service may be publicly viewable. You should not store media data you would be uncomfortable with being publicly viewed with our service. By using our service you agree not to store media data that could be reasonably construed to be of a private nature.
Vermontic LLC acknowledges that we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted or stored through the Guzel Board service. Despite our efforts, data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is inherently vulnerable to security breaches. Vermontic LLC assumes no responsibility for any unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration of user data. Users are advised to take their own precautions and implement security measures to protect their information while using the Guzel Board service. As a digital signage provider, the very nature of Guzel Board is to present data publicly. As such our architecture is optimized for public consumption of data and is not appropriate for private data.

In some instances, users may share data with us related to the app but outside of the strict confines of the app. Examples include but are not limited to support emails, Twitter mentions, and shared Guzel Board screenshots. If a user provides us data outside of the app through any medium for any purpose we reserve the right to use the data to improve Guzel Board and/or to publicize Guzel Board. When you use our app, certain debug information related to your usage is logged to your device. We log this information to help diagnose the cause of problems with the app. This data, with your consent, can be sent to our servers for further diagnostics. In addition, we log data on our servers related to your usage of the service to better understand errors and for analytics.
We do not allow users under 13 years of age to utilize our service. If we find out a user under 13 years of age is using our service, we will close their account.
