GuzelBoard is a digital signage platform that includes a web application for configuring and managing digital signs, and client applications for displaying content on various platforms including Android TV, Fire TV, and tablets. The Service allows users to upload, schedule, and display media content on connected devices.
To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. GuzelBoard is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 13, we will terminate that account immediately.

Because GuzelBoard is designed for public digital signage, content you store and display may be publicly visible. Do not store or display content you would be uncomfortable with being seen by the general public.
You retain ownership of the media and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant GuzelBoard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
GuzelBoard does not claim ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and display any content you upload.
Content that violates applicable laws — including the laws of the United States and the State of Vermont — will be removed immediately and the responsible account will be terminated and permanently banned. Such content may also be reported to appropriate authorities. GuzelBoard reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.
GuzelBoard offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly per device. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize GuzelBoard to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at our contact page for billing inquiries.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. GuzelBoard is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GuzelBoard does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuzelBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to equipment.
GuzelBoard's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GuzelBoard in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Amazon Web Services, SiteGround, Google Play, and the Amazon Appstore. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. GuzelBoard is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
The Service may also contain links to third-party websites. GuzelBoard does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own risk.
GuzelBoard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content stored under a terminated account may be deleted.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Vermont.
